This book was written with young children in mind, particularly those who are embarking on the joy of books and learning to read.
It reflects the author's passion for gardens, gardening, and plants of all kinds. Each rhyme has its own delightful illustration, giving character to the individual plants.
May children and their grown-ups derive as much pleasure from reading the rhymes as the author experienced in writing them.
