Bram Stoker's horror novel The Jewel of Seven Stars was first published in 1903. The plot revolves around an archaeologist's attempt to resurrect Queen Tera, an ancient Egyptian mummy. An Egyptologist discovers a fantastic gem while attempting to resurrect the mummy of Tera, an ancient Egyptian queen, and is struck senseless by an unknown force. His daughter is possessed by Tera's soul amid bloody and eerie scenes, and her fate is dependent on resurrecting Tera's mummified body.
