McGill and Gropper work as unlicensed private investigators, operating out of a diner in Charleston, South Carolina.
McGill, now incredibly out of shape, rarely leaves the diner and has a fondness for pancakes, bacon, and coffee. His partner, Gropper, is well versed in fighting, tactics, and has a mysterious past. Together, they make an imposing team.
One of their specialties is the returning of stolen goods and property to the rightful owner. Most of their business is small-time, allowing them to stay off law enforcement’s radar. But this time, someone from McGill’s past has returned to exact revenge.
