This 'Sexual Performance Anxiety' Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for men who suffer with anxiety pre and during sexual intercourse. Sexual performance anxiety is a very common issue and nearly every man has thought about whether he’s going to perform well at some point throughout his sex life. This performance mindset can lead to many men to be self-conscious, self-critical, worried, tense and anxious while being sexual. This in turns often results in bringing about the very problem they were worrying about in the first place: erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation or difficultly experiencing orgasm. This session will help to build your confidence so you no longer worry or feel anxious when being sexual.
