I grew up sheltered and endured abuses daily from my dad (my birth - 1986), step-dad (entered our lives early 90's - 1995/96), mom, and my moms parents. My Birth 12/29/1983 - twenties.
I survived because my sister and I had each other while growing up.
Through therapy 2015-end of 2021, I have grown to love myself and am worthy of all things good, great, positive and beyond.
I hope this helps at least one individual on earth and they know that they are loved and life does get better.
