The time for war has come.
Preparation for a major Kruillian battle is halted when the Network receives a series of distress calls from a small group of rebels on Trestar. A young boy's life is in danger because he has access to vital and coded information that could immobilize the Kruillians and change the course of the Ardenic war.
The Chronicler insists that only Gunnar McConnell's DNA and coin will unlock these secrets, but this powerful man has secrets of his own.
Trapped on-planet when their shuttle is destroyed and communications are cut off, they now face a race against time using only their instincts, skill, and the weapons they brought with them to decode the boy's messages, steal an enemy ship, and capture the secret plans.
Can they evade and defeat a powerful enemy or will this be their last mission?
Join the fight as Gunnar's crew risks everything to complete the mission and save the galaxy.
