DaQuan is in jail, but he is no ordinary inmate. He runs one of the most powerful prison gangs in the state of Texas. And that gang is selling all kinds of contraband, from pills, to cell phones, and quality liquor, all smuggled in by a dedicated team of corrupt correctional officers.
