This ‘Menopause - Mood & Lifestyle’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who want to change their mood and lifestyle during the menopause. Menopause is something that all women go through, but not every woman has the same experience. Some suffer terribly while others breeze through menopause without giving it much thought. Over these two audios we will give you some tools to help manage and relieve any signs or symptoms of menopause or perimenopause in order to feel more in control and content. We start with helping you to manage and control your mood, motivation, positivity, mojo, exercise, diet and sleep.
