This ‘Blushing’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who want to control their blushing. Blushing is a common problem that can be embarrassing and affect your day to day life. It’s a natural bodily response that is triggered by the sympathetic nervous system – a complex network of nerves that activate “flight or fight” mode. Lots of different things can cause blushing. It’s often caused by feeling embarrassed, hot, stressed or anxious. But sometimes you may have no idea what’s causing it and simply by someone just saying you’re blushing can be enough to induce it. The key to stopping blushing is confidence and control. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to stop blushing.
