This ‘Sleep Part 3 - Stop waking up in the night’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who want to learn to sleep through the night. If you have been suffering with waking up in the night too frequently and not being able to fall back asleep, then we will help retrain your subconscious mind by use deep breathing techniques to let go of worries and anxieties and learn to relax your body to bring on sleep. This audio aims to break the habit of waking up in the early hours to bring a more peaceful and restful state - helping you to sleep more easily and stay asleep for longer periods. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to stop waking up in the night.
