Air commander skills are not limited to issuing orders or managing an aircraft; they extend to the ability to read a complex aerial environment in rapidly changing moments and make decisive decisions under pressure and risk. The air commander is the mind that connects incoming information from the crew, instruments, and surrounding environment, transforming it into a clear operational picture that leads to control. These skills combine tactical awareness, psychological leadership, risk management, and the ability to maintain mental balance under extreme conditions, making the air commander a critical factor in mission success and overall safety.
