This ‘Kindness’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who want to enhance their feelings of kindness. Being kind to others brings so many health benefits but being kind to yourself is even more important. This session will help you to change your thinking patterns so that you are motivated and interested in being kind to others but most importantly to yourself.
