Becoming a Flower. A Meditation for Grounding


Becoming a Flower is a guided imagery meditation that you can use for managing stress, become emotionally and mentally grounded, or just for general relaxation. During the meditation, you will use your imagination and pretend that you are a flower seed that grows into a colorful blossoming flower. Becoming a Flower is a very easy meditation. All you need to do is make yourself comfortable, preferably somewhere you will not be disturbed, start the audiobook, and follow the narrator’s (author’s) instructions. If visualizing is difficult for you, do not worry, it will become easier with time and practice.
