When it comes to weight loss, what you eat really does matter. In this audio we will help you switch to a more healthier diet, increasing the amount of fresh fruit and vegetables and limiting the amount of junk food, processed food or sugar. You will learn to take the time to shop and cook healthier foods, whilst watching your portion sizes. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to eat more healthily to lose weight.
