You need to be prepared to receive the message this book carries. Not everyone is ready to start meditating for one or two hours per day. But I listened to the whole thing at least three times. It's worth it. Positive brainwashing or self-hypnosis. Man skal være klar til at modtage beskeden i denne bog, og det er langtfra alle, som er klar til at gå i gang med at meditere i en til to timer om dagen! Men mindre kan helt sikkert gøre det.
