Character is Higher Than Intellect

Degrees and education often become the requirement that is set by companies, but on the other hand, we all know the importance of having the right attitude as well. And it’s deeper than that: attitude stems from the character of that person that really spells out whether or not he’s a great friend, partner, employee or teacher. Having a good, positive character matters a lot because while knowledge can be taught and measured, character requires time to build, yet, you only need a single moment to shatter a good image. Our character matters in every aspect of life and we’ll see how everyone has the capability to develop it.
