When Jacob saw the vision of the ladder reaching into Heaven with angels ascending and descending, he named that place “Bethel” and said, “This is the gate of Heaven!” We must understand that in the Word of God, gates represent both authority and access. God is calling His people to be gatekeepers, to welcome the King of Glory into our lives, our churches, and our cities!
