Sten Hegeler (f. 1923) er en dansk forfatter og psykolog, der var med til at revolutionere seksualoplysningen i Danmark. Dette gjorde han blandt andet ved udgivelser såsom "Hvordan, mor?" og "Kærlighedens ABZ". Sammen med sin hustru, Inge Hegeler (1927-1996), redigerede han i 1960‘erne og 70‘erne dagbladsbrevkasse om seksuelle spørgsmål.
