Told in racing dual timelines, with a dark campus setting and a darker look at friendship, love, obsession, and ambition, In My Dreams I Hold A Knife is an addictive, propulsive story.

I wanted to DNF this book at first but I pushed through, was it worth it? I'm not sure. I guessed the killer out of the blue but it was nice to read what truly happened. I didn't really like the flashbacks, and I didn't like Jessica either. Some of the last chapters after the climax were unnecessary IMO; but I did like the last twist, though I also guessed it.
