"May I kiss you, Iona?"
Why did I say yes when Eric Taylor asked that question? He's young enough to be my son. Bod an Donais. I must have lost my mind.
Eric Taylor is twenty-five. I'm forty-six. The age gap is too much for me. Even worse, Eric is my brother's soon-to-be stepson.
Then a lightning bolt in the shape of Rafe Knight pounds on my door. The vile Brit accuses me of seducing his son, Eric's best friend. He even claims I've shagged the laddie.
Does Rafe scare me? Of course not. I'm a journalist with an iron backbone.
But my arguments with Rafe grow more electrifying every day. And soon, we will succumb to our forbidden desires. It's inevitable.
No, I will resist him. Won't I? Yes, absolutely.
But Eric Taylor still insists on wooing me. And this unwanted love triangle might become the wildest scandal in the Highlands.
Electrifying in a Kilt is the sixteenth book in the bestselling Hot Scots series of contemporary romance.
