The eventful celebratory banquet is finally over, but that does not mean Ekaterina and her dear brother, Alexei, have any time to unwind and enjoy their summer vacation after triumphing over the hateful Novadain. Running a duchy is hard work, and Alexei has much to do—so much, in fact, that he finds himself struggling to squeeze a very important pilgrimage into his tight schedule.
