This 'Happiness’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who want to feel more happy and increase their good vibes. While some factors that affect happiness are out of our control, there are always actions we can take to increase our happiness. One is by starting to be good to yourself. That may sound self-evident, but too many people try to achieve happiness by either making other people happy or by chasing ever-higher goals or holding themselves to ever-greater standards of perfection. In this session we will help you to be good to yourself, achieve your goals and in turn bring yourself more self-confidence and happiness. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to feeling and being more happy.
