This book is SO GOOD. While I've been listening to it, one thought used to always come across my mind: this book will be life-changing for me. And I really think it was. Ro taught me so much about being kind to myself and others in these 5 hours! I've always been so harsh on myself during the last 13 years, but now I'm practicing kindness and saying myself the quotes that appeared in this book and.. I'm already starting to feel SO MUCH BETTER!!! The narration of Ro is so beautiful, her writing technique is so unique, so kind, gentle and comforting: just like a warm hug.
