This 'Insomnia’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. It can be incredibly frustrating not being able to fall asleep or stay asleep and this in turn can have a big impact on your memory, mood, relationships, performance and physical health. In this audio we will teach you some breathing techniques to quiet the mind, letting go of worries or anxieties to help sleep come more naturally for you. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to help you fall asleep and stay asleep more easily.
