Preparing for Interviews

We often find ourselves facing situations that generate a lot of stress. It could be a job interview, an exam, a competition, or an evaluation.

All these moments where we perceive a challenge that sometimes paralyzes us. How can we face these moments more serenely and, above all, with full possession of our abilities when it seems like our life is at stake?

The good news is that we have within us all the necessary tools to regulate and tame this stress that seems insurmountable. Even better, with short and adapted micro-exercises, we can tap into all our resources and deploy skills that, just a moment before, seemed inaccessible to us. But as soon as the necessary gauge is exceeded, negative stress floods our brain with cortisol and can paralyze us, drowning us in the literal sense. Cortisol invades our brain and everything is blocked. Everything is paralyzed. The mindfulness meditation exercises we propose in this program have the scientifically validated intention of reducing this excess cortisol.
