I had high expectations for this book because I remember enjoying the first one, but unfortunately this was a big disappointment. There is barely any plot, or if there is, it takes a very secondary role. The story becomes extremely repetitive, and the characters don’t evolve—if anything, they regress, which is even worse. It feels like all they do is argue and have sex. At some point, even their arguments stop making sense, and the overall storyline feels completely lost. Things happen without any logical development or coherence, which made it hard for me to stay engaged with the book.
