Wow now I know why this one of the comfort reads to some people, it’s a really fun, joyful and fulfilling book, adding that it’s just one book so you have the whole story with a beginning and an ending. Love to see what kind of wonderful work Tolkien could do even with stories he never planned. I was so hyped to get to the part where Golum would appear! And it was in-cre-di-ble!!! Also, I’ve noticed that I’m a huge fan of the characters that he made the the main ones, like Bilbo, like Frodo; they’re not the only one who are important but we follow they’re journey and they’re never the kind of character who can win a physical fight, or can use any kind of weapon, sword, etc., but they’re smart, or kind, clever and they figure out how to get out of a horrible situation without loosing and having to risk themselves, or having someone by their sides and do the teamwork which is also lovely. Huge fan, was amazing! “If you don’t like my burglar, please don’t damage him.” Still love this phrase, in movie and here!
