Perhaps all China's border countries have to be completely brain-washed. That's where NK comes in. China and Russia are countries that believe they will be attacked, if they share a border with a Nato country. This North-Korean dystopia of hunger is what we all just might have to accept as the new normal, if China's sphere of influence keeps on expanding West and East.
