There are two major characters who are both tsundere to the extreme. One is just insufferable, as if the author collected a list of the most unpleasant traits and based the character around those. Despite being about meat, the book has no meat. It's a shallow journey riddled with behavior nobody would willingly tolerate. The main character is pathetically weak in his personality and self-respect, which made reading till the end a chore. The additional star is purely for the attention to detail, but even that was teetering on the edge of excess. I cannot recommend the book to anyone who thinks it's unacceptable to be rude to someone at first sight despite them doing you a favor.
