I was expecting to hear about decluttering the physical environment, i.e. getting rid of physical stuff and organizing your space. I listened the first two thirds of the book and it only explained about decluttering your mind. Decluttering the mind was more or less about getting rid of negative thoughts and emotions. The advice given for that purpose did not seem very convincing. Waste of time. Declutter this book from your reading list.
