This book is primarily written to serve as study material for the course Practical Project Management (7.5 credits/hp) given at the Stockholm University, Department of Computer and Systems Science. Even if the content to some extent has specific focus on IT-Projects, the aim with the book is to describe the project process in a generic way, suitable for projects in most ”industries”. The book could of course also be read by anyone just interested in the subject as such.
