Fear of Spiders (Arachnophobia)

This ‘Fear of Spiders’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who have a mild fear of spiders of suffer with a more extreme fear such as arachnophobia. Arachnophobia refers to the intense fear of spiders, or spider phobia. While it's not uncommon for people to dislike arachnids or insects, phobias of spiders can have a far more significant impact on your daily life. In this session we use a technique called hypnotic desensitisation this includes relaxation skills to help face your fear of spiders whilst in a safe environment, think more rationally about spiders and we will ask you to use your imagination to picture yourself behaving how you want to around spiders. By doing so, you will find that the same feelings of relaxation remain with you in the outside world as well as during this session. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to feeling less anxious about spiders.
