Slippery Creatures

I absolutely loved this book and Will and Kim quickly became one of my favorite fictional couples of all time. Their dynamic and banter was amazing, the narrator did an incredible job voicing them, and the sex scenes were some of the best I've ever read. I only wish I'd realized going in that the book is a mystery first and a romance second, because the ending definitely wasn't a HEA. But that just made me want to read the next book in the series immediately!

This novel was an exceptonally refreshing take on an action mystery with a MxM twist. I loved how the language and details in writing immersed me into the depicted era. Extra kudos to the narrator for a great job.
