Stop Binge Eating

Obesity rates have reached an all-time high, with some reports stating that there are over 600 million people worldwide that can be classified as obese, and many, many more as overweight. These figures are alarming, representing a global epidemic that heralds a health crisis the likes of which few of us can truly comprehend. Many diets, designed to help people lose weight, actually have the opposite effect, creating a physiological need to fill the void with foods on the restricted or banned list - foods that are often full of fat, calories, sodium and preservatives. This pendulum of losing and gaining weight manufactures the perfect environment for poor health, and even more weight gain.

Fortunately, there is a solution. It is not found in a diet, a pill or even an exercise regime. The answer is already with you, and simply requires changing your mind.
