What Is to Be Born Again?

What is the meaning of Jesus’ “unless one is born of WATER AND THE SPIRIT, he cannot enter the kingdom of God”?

There are two spirits in the New Testament: The Spirit of Jesus and the Spirit of Paul. One is true and righteous; the other is wrong and evil. Unfortunately, the Christians are wearing the latter.
