Carl Foster, a young doctor comes to London to make his fortune. He wonders around the West End, gazing at the comings and goings of the wealthy west end society. Suddenly he sees a familiar face, his own cousin Sullivan Smith, now a composer of a string of hit musical shows. The two meet on friendly terms, despite a long-term family feud.
