Do I have to do anything?

All you have to do is tap "Download the app", and you'll be redirected to the download page. Once you downloaded the app you'll be logged in automatically with your current login credentials. You'll find your books and magazines in the "My library" tab.

Will my login information change?

You can log in using the same email and password as today.

Is the price changing?

The price stays the same. You continue to pay the same price as today.

FAQ

What happens to my books and magazines? →

Your books and magazines are available in the new app and your bookmarks are synchronized as well. You will be able to continue reading and listening where you left off.

Can I continue using the Nextory app? →

From January 10th 2024, you will no longer be able to use the Nextory app. Tap "Download the new app" to enjoy a brand new experience and find your books and magazines.

Why are you releasing a new app? →

This past year we've been building something bigger, better and more user-friendly than ever before. We wanted to offer a better experience with new features: more titles, more languages, 4 profiles, a special profile for kids only, an overview of the upcoming titles on the app, reading challenges and statistics!

Which devices does the new app support? →

All iOS devices with iOS verson 14 or above, and all Andriod devices with Andriod 5 and above.

Can I continue reading on the web? →

The web application will no longer be available. You have to download the app on Google Play or App Store to enjoy a better experience.

Is my subscription changing? →

The terms of your subscription remain unchanged except for the rights associated with the profiles which replace the number of screens: in the Standard subscription, simultaneous reading on several profiles is not possible; in the Premium subscription, 2 profiles can use the application simultaneously; in the Family subscription, 4 profiles can use the application simultaneously.

What happens to my lists? →

You can find all your lists in the "My library" tab.

Can I still activate a voucher I've received? →

All valid vouchers can still be activated on the website.

Does the new application have parental controls? →

In the new app you can create child profiles. You're also able to set a PIN code that must be entered to change from a child profile. Only books for children under 12 are visible in this type of profile.

What's new in the app? →

This new version of the application offers you three major new features:

- Share your account with 3 other people: each profile gets its own recommendations and can create its own lists.

- A bigger selection with better sorting and filtering options to make it easier to find what you're looking for.

- Reading statistics where you can follow your reading over time.

Will I be able to start where I left off in my books? →

Your reading progress and bookmarks are transferred to the new app so that you can continue where you left off.

What happens to content I've downloaded? →

You will need to redownload them in the new app in order to be able to enjoy them without an internet connection.
