As China Beach was my fave tv show growing up I just had to listen to this book. This book is gruesome, painful, sets a perfect zeitgeist for the 60s and 70s in the US. It is also a story of friendship and comradery and looking out for each other in the most difficult circumstances. Just press play and I promise: you wonât be disappointed!
