This 'Self Criticism’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who have a negative internal voice. If you have a harsh inner critic then you are not alone: Self-doubt, catastrophic predictions, and harsh words are common, but you don’t have to be a victim of your own verbal abuse. This audio will help you to start to pay close attention to your thoughts, as you have around 60,000 thoughts per day. We will train your brain to think differently, silence the toxic self-criticism and develop a more productive inner dialogue that fuels your efforts to reach your goals and make you feel good about yourself. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to feeling more positive about yourself and having a more positive inner dialogue.
