Goed boek lekker om te luisteren

Moest het ‘boek’ lezen voor een Engelse tentamen. Natuurlijk heb ik het niet kunnen uitlezen, maar na het maken van de toets (en het krijgen van een 7.3 hehe) bleef ik het boek wel lezen. Het is een mooi boek met heel veel dieptegang en echt realistische aspecten. Het is niet echt een boek met escapisme, wat ik meestal leuk vind, maar het is wel een boek dat je echt meesleurt in het verhaal. Vond de hoofdpersoon ook een fijn hoofdpersoon, geen irritante karaktereigenschappen of iets dergelijks. Boek heeft me zeer geholpen bij het ontwikkelen van mijn Engelse taal. Het boek zelf is ook een parel, die 11 uur was het zeker waard dus.

Goed, realistisch verhaal. Her en der wat omslachtig en in herhaling, maar daardoor schetst het wel een compleet en goed beeld.
