Richard met Nick while they were working as contractors at British Sky Broadcasting. Nick was telling someone how he'd transferred some late-60s Super 8 film footage to video files for Pink Floyd keyboardist Rick Wright's wake. As a Floyd fan, Richard was keen to find out if there were any more psychedelic tales to be told. There were loads and they quickly agreed to capture them for posterity.
