A lot happens here, especially after reading part 2. The word inevitable makes me want to throw up every single time it’s mentioned in this book (and spoiler, it’s a whole damn lot,) but Kai and Paedyn still manage to be cute in their way. So much is going on though, it’s honestly kind of intense.

I loved the powerless series, I hope Lauren will write more books like this with fantasy, yearning but no actual adult scenes etc.
