This ‘Mind Clutter’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who have a busy and over stimulated mind. A busy mind is a problem that many people experience. It can happen when you know that you need to concentrate on a task in hand but somehow your sense of focus is gone. Or sometimes, when you are trying to sleep, and a stream of random thoughts keep bombarding your mind. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to helping you be completely free of mind clutter and better able to function at your optimum level.
