There had never been SO much excitement! Sadie and Sam had been promised that IF they were good, and IF they helped with the chores, and IF they saved up their pennies that they could take a trip into town to choose a pet!
“AMAZING! I just can’t wait!” squealed Sadie, clapping her hands.
“Just imagine!” agreed Sam
“A pet to play with, and care for…”
“…of our VERY own!” interrupted Sadie.
“YIPPEE!” they cried.
Sadie and Sam decided to start earning some pennies there and then.
