What are the most important factors for achieving sustainable peace? The authors of the annual "Positive Peace Report" published by the Global Institute for Economics & Peace, identify eight factors, that will also be described in this ebook. However, one important factor seems to be missing, which in more recent publications - also on the subject of peace building - is increasingly considered a prerequisite for the education of "peaceful personalities": A nonviolent parenting style. This essay presents these publications and international statistics showing the effects.
