Likte den mye mer enn jeg trodde jeg kom til å gjøre. Tok litt tid å komme inn i boka men klarte ikke legge den fra meg.

Cute urban fantasy, med drama, spice og greske guder i moderne setting.

There's something utterly captivating about the myth of Hades and Persephone. What intrigues me most, I think, is the symbolism woven into their relationship—the balance between life and death, darkness and light. It's as if they embody the very essence of duality, each complementing the other in ways that defy conventional expectations. In Persephone, I see a symbol of resilience and feminine power, navigating the depths of the underworld with grace and strength. And in Hades, I find a figure shrouded in mystery, haunted by the echoes of his realm, yet softened by the warmth of Persephone's presence. There's this vibe I'm getting from the book that reminds me of the K-Drama 'My Demon' that I'm currently watching on Netflix, which is absolutely addictive, just like this book. This is a definitely a guilty pleasure read, but honestly, I can't resist this story—I just need more! Hades may have an irresistible pull on me I guess ...
