Find a comfortable position and relax.
Make yourself comfortable in your chair, or if you're lying on a bed or the floor make yourself comfortable there.
This is a healing meditation, and we will call upon your angels, your spirit guides, and the archangels to assist in your healing today.
Take a deep breath in as you close your eyes or lower your gaze.
And as you exhale, release the tension in your neck and shoulders.
Enjoy just breathing.
Not doing anything else.
