This ‘Managing Pain’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who suffer from feeling pain and need to find ways to help manage it. All pain, no matter how the pain originates is comprised of some muscle tension. Our session will teach you some techniques to help manage and control your pain, relax and let go of tension, so you find yourself feeling much more comfortable, much more at ease and more in control.
