Likte boka veldig godt, men stemmene var ofte ganske irriterende og pipete når leseren gjorde til stemmen sin for de andre karakterene. Kunne gjerne hatt skuespiller stemmene hver gang noen andre enn Pip snakket isteden for bare når de ble intervjuet.
