Når Agatha skriver Poirot- eller Miss Marple historier så er hun veldig god. Når hun beveger seg inn i det overnaturlige (Mr Quinn) eller «spenning»(Tommy&Tuppence) eller andre frittstående historier, så lener hun seg alt for mye inn i (dårlig) melodrama for min smak.
